Rev. Dr. P. Yesu Ratnam serves as the president and founder of the organization. He was born in 1953, has a doctorate in theology and is committed to helping impoverished people. He has initiated numerous social events to support this mission. For his efforts during the super cyclone in Orissa, he received six awards from the District Collector for providing relief items worth Rs. 21 lakhs to families in need. He has also received state awards from the Governor of Andhra Pradesh and has been recognized three times by the Red Cross Society for organizing blood donation camps and his personal blood donations.

Rev. Dr. P. Yesu Ratnam emphasizes the importance of helping those who are affected by poverty, fear or other adversities. For many people, their financial situation makes it difficult to secure basic necessities such as food and clothing. It is important that those who are more fortunate offer their support to these people. After accidents or natural disasters, various forms of assistance are essential.
